I regress because it helps me find a safe place within myself and my surroundings. I normally regress from triggers or just to feel safe and cozy.
"What helps you while you're regressed?"
I normally spend time watching my comfort youtubers, watching a cute show or anime on Netflix, playing some games.I'll normally go in and watch Special Edd and or Narrator. If neither of them, I choose to watch equestrian videos!When I play games, it doesn't exactly matter what it is. Just nothing too gory. (Path of Titans, RDR/RDO, Alicia Online are ok. I just avoid chat due to toxicity and some words.)
